If your AdCracker CD is defective you can return it for a refund of the purchase price - less shipping and handling - or a replacement CD. Your choice.

AdCracker does not offer refunds on online accounts, or on CD products after an online account has been activated.

- If you discover a problem with the product you must first report the issue to AdCracker's technical support team.

- For refunds, please contact us via email for a refund request form. Your refund request form must accompany the returned CD and be postmarked within 30 days of the date your CD was delivered. This is an important deadline.
- You will receive a refund in the same way you made the purchase. For example, if you buy with a credit card you will receive a refund on that same credit card.
To maintain your guarantee:
1) Do not open or activate an online account.
2) Do not copy any files from the CD.
3) Do not print any files or pages from the CD.
- The guarantee is non-transferable. It applies only to the original, registered purchaser.
- The guarantee is void if any false information has been provided about the purchaser, or if any incorrect information of any kind has been provided on the order form or on the refund form.
