- AdCracker CDs work with any OS, on any PC or Mac.

- AdCracker does not offer free software or free trials.

AdCracker products contain proprietary, copyrighted information and statistical insights. AdCracker can not offer refunds on online accounts, such as Creative Manager Online. Nor does AdCracker offer refunds on any CD product after an online account has been activated or after the product has been delivered.

- For returns, please contact us via email for a return request form. Your return request form must accompany the returned CD and be postmarked within 10 days of the date your CD was delivered. This is an important deadline.

- The guarantee is void if any false information has been provided about the purchaser, or if any incorrect information of any kind has been provided on the order form or on the refund form.
